To get started just follow the simple steps below:


Step 1:Enter as much information as you can about your textbook.
Step 2:Select your textbook to list.
Step 3:Enter the sales price and the condition of your textbook.

When your textbook is purchsed,
the sales and payment process is handled in a timely and efficient manner:


Step 1 : Confirm your sale when your textbook is purchased - You will receive an email for every sale you make. When you receive this email, you have 2 days to confirm if you still wish to sell your item. You can confirm the order by clicking on the confirmation link from the purchase notification email you receive.

Step 2 : Ship your textbook to the buyer - Once the buyer submits payment for your order you will receive a payment notification email containing the shipping address of the purchaser. Enter your shipping method and online shipment tracking number after clicking (or typing in) the URL contained in your payment notification email.

Step 3 : Get paid for your textbook - When your online shipment tracking number shows delivered to the buyer, our system will update the status and allow the buyer 48 hours to report and problems with the delivery or condition of the book. Within 72 hours of successful delivery, you will be paid for your textbook sale.

How do I get paid?

Funds will be dispersed, electronically, to your email address at PayPal's payment processing system - http://www.paypal.com.

If you don't have a paypal account already, that's ok. It's an easy signup process and your funds will be immediately available to you after signup.

How much does this cost?

A listing commision will be deducted from your payment after your book is delivered to the buyer. The amount of the listing commission will be determined by your user rating and the following scale:

Commission Schedule
  •   0+ : 10%
  • 10+ : 8%
  • 20+ : 5%
  • 40+ : 0%

If you fail to provide a valid online shipment tracking number and manual delivery verification is required, you will be subject to a charge of 5% of the listing price.

IMPORTANT: When creating a paypal account, be sure to use the same email address as your pdxbooks.com email address because payment will be made only to the email address associated with your pdxbooks.com account.
